Are Exchanges/Returns extended for holidays?

Yes! Orders placed between November 1st and December 9th have an extra 30 days added to the policy. This way you can buy you gifts ahead of time and still have a chance to exchange or return as needed 😊

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us via email.  Please have your order number, a picture of the item, and a brief explanation of the damage/defect/or wrong item and we will correct the issue from there.😊
