Upon receipt of your order, we work hard to get it out the door, making it unlikely to cancel before it ships. You can cancel your order within the 1st hour via your order confirmation page or through your order history on your account.  This means that cancellations or changes are not guaranteed past the hour. If you’re still sure you want to cancel the order; You can send customer service an email or follow our returns process for a refund for anything that meets our return guidelines.
